understanding.
SERVICE SCOPE
Voicesis is focused on administrative phone workflows for US medical and dental practices. The agreed scope identifies covered numbers, locations, call types, supported actions, and staff handoffs.
CLINICAL BOUNDARIES
The assistant is not a clinician. Diagnosis, symptom assessment, treatment advice, and clinical decisions remain with qualified staff. Your practice supplies the approved handoff and emergency wording.
PRACTICE RESPONSIBILITIES
Review caller notices, patient contact permissions, approved information, staff ownership, and the rules for outbound contact before enabling a workflow.
CONNECTIONS AND LIMITS
Integration actions depend on authorized access and the supported configuration. Agree on what happens when a connection, scheduling action, or staff destination is unavailable.
FEES AND USAGE
Your written proposal defines subscription fees, included usage, overages, setup, and any other charges. Calculator results are planning estimates and do not establish a price or guaranteed savings.
SERVICE AND CHANGES
Review support, any offered service levels, changes to scope, renewal, and cancellation in the applicable agreement.
OFFBOARDING AND LIABILITY
Confirm the terms for ending service, handling retained information, and allocating responsibilities and liability in the written agreement.
